I don't know how they keep doing it, but those Starving Artistamps folks have done it again - another wickedly cute set of DoodleFactory stamps called Costume Party. This is a must-have set for Halloween cards (or if you're like me and you really like ghoulish-ly cute stamps, it's just a must-have set).
